Janny's tutti frutti tart

For the dough: 250 gr flour
                       160 gr white caster sugar
                       200 gr butter
                       1 egg (25 gr)
                       2 gr baking powder
                       2 gr cinnamon
For the filling:   400 gr tutti frutti
                       100 gr cranberries (fresh or dried)
                       200 gr almond paste
                       1 cap rum 80% or the juice of 1/2 orange
                       2 eggs

For the topping: 1/2 egg

Make and roll the dough and cover the mould with it. Cut and mix the ingredients for the filling in the mixer and fill the dough. Cover the tart with one half of one egg. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degr. C.
