This delicious bread goes very well together with a vegetarian soup.
2 cups cornmeal
1 tbsp cornflour
2tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ cup sunfloweroil or other fine oil
1 cup corn
2 cups of plain yoghurt
1 tsp bakingpowder
Put everything in a bowl. Stir with spoon very well and put into a round bakingpan of 24 cm. Bake in oven by 180 centigrade for about 30 min. It should not be darkbrown.
