Hamantashen for Purim

Ingredients
500 gr. Flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablesp. olive- or sunflower oil
4 tablesp. water
5 eggs
Sunflower oil to fry in
Powdered sugar to sprinkle
You can eat them also with honey.
Preparation
Combine all ingredients to form smooth dough and divide the dough in six round balls. Pack the balls in plastic foil and put them in the refrigerator for one hour. Roll out the dough balls very thin and cut into pieces of +/- 6 cm square. Bake/ fry in the heated sunflower oil and let them drip off on kitchen towel. Eat the Hamantashen with powdered sugar or honey.
When you don’t want to use powdered sugar, you can add some cumin powder, garlic and pepper to taste to the dough.
