Janny’s red cabbage for Shabbat

1/2 red cabbage
8-10 dried black prunes without kernels
a handful of raisins
a handful of cranberries (dried)
1 apple and 1 small onion
2 dl sabbath wine and some water
salt, clove, some cinnamon, some pepper
Shred the cabbage by hand or mixer.
Put the cabbage into a sauce-pan and all the other ingredients and simmer
for 45 min.
Enjoy your meal!
